Badminton - Competition rules
1.Competition date： 11th . Oct .2014.
2.Competition place： Stadium of Dongli Area in Tianjin
3.Competition item :
men' s doubles, women' s doubles, mixed doubles
4.Age of athletes
Female athletes : 55 years of age ( before January 1, 1959 born ) .
Male athletes : 60 years of age ( before January 1, 1954 born ) .
5.How to participate in
(1)Group team and individual from at home and abroad must be in good health and can withstand badminton tournament can register.
(2)The participating organizations established leader, 1coach, 5 women athletes and 5 men athletes.
(3)Each athlete can apply for a maximum of one item per person.
(4)If players have dispute problem, you can complain directly to the Arbitration Committee, and pay ￥500 or $ 100 deposit by the leader. Money will be returned if win the lawsuit , lose will not .
(5)The first time to registration of each team shall be 10th .Jun to 10th July, 2014, "Sign-Up Form" and "voluntarily participating responsibility" submitted to the First Elderly Olympic Games Organizing Committee by fax or e-mail.
(6)The second time to registration:by the end of 15th.Aug, 2014, after the second registration athlete registration list can not be changed.please down the "Sign-Up Form" and "voluntarily participating responsibility" on official website of the First Elderly Olympics （www.elderolympic.org）
(7)Late submitted and incomplete registration materials and information are invalid.
(8)The one who will participate in the competitions must be voluntarily,and family support , when each team sign-up at first time, would take "voluntarily participating responsibility"that has signature by themselves and family , The second time to registration ,please take ID card, one-inch color photos and electronic version (by e-mail), (to reach the postmark date) send to the Organizing Committee before 15th Aug. 2014.

6. Competition method:
(1)Competition rules, using the latest "badminton competition rules" and the latest published Chinese rule IBF Feathers validated.
(2)The game system is based on the enrollment decision cycle or knockout, a bureau to decide the outcome, each ball score 31 points, 15 points exchange the site, no extra points if bisects , 31 points is divided into first winner.
(3)by mutual consent to change the ball players, if there are controversial, decided by the referee.
(4)If it is five minutes that do not show up at the venue will be as a waiver. In case of even field, the middle can be a break of 10 minutes.
7. Incentives :
( 1 )The top eight will be awarded , the top three awarded gold, silver and bronze medals and certificates , and the fourth to the eighth certificates.
( 2 ) The coaches and athletes that participating in this games , will be issued commemorative certificate.
8.equipment and clothing
(1) The game ball provided by the General Assembly.
(2) Shall not wear ornaments to affect the game ,do not wear high-heeled shoes, leather shoes.
.9. The rules according to the "general rules for the implementation of all provisions". Unaccomplished matters, further notice.
10.The right for final explanation of the rules belongs to the Organizing Committee for the First Elderly Olympic Games.
